Here you can get to know people of People Can Fly. Let’s start with presenting our studio’s Leadership – creative minds behind PCF’s recent revival.
“Awesome AAA projects, cutting edge hardware, software and development tools and elite team from across the globe make People Can Fly an exciting and always dynamic place to work, learn and grow.”
– SEBASTIAN WOJCIECHOWSKI, PCF’S CEO
Every day we are working together to make People Can Fly a special place to be, flexible and positive workspace without too formal structure, unnecessary paperwork or hard-and-fast rules.
However, this approach wouldn’t be possible without keeping a few things on our radar. Here’s what we believe in as a devs community.
We are committed to making the production process as creative as possible.
As much as we believe in superpowers, there’s no superhuman, who can make a AAA project on his own.
With our team constantly growing, we want this studio to feel like home to everyone at PCF. We have zero tolerance for intolerance.
When we left Epic Games seven years ago and there was just a handful of us, we couldn’t expect we will fly so high and so fast, and we want to keep that level of energy for the years to come.
Get ready, we were pioneers and we will be real Outriders of this industry.
We wouldn’t be where we are without our amazing partners. Our longstanding cooperation with them is PCF’s rocket fuel.
