Engine Programmer

People Can Fly is looking for an Engine Programmer. This person will be working on a AAA shooter and a new IP across multiple platforms. We’re looking for experienced engine programmers who help enhance and maintain PCF Framework (built on Unreal Engine 4), as well as optimize the game for multiple platforms.

 

Qualifications

Strong C++ knowledge

Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience

Excellent math and/or physics skills

Passion for writing solid, reliable, efficient code and highly scalable systems

Experience with multiple core systems, such as graphics, tools, audio, networking, memory handling, scripting, etc.

Strong work ethic and self-motivated

Demonstrated interest in games

 

Preference to applicants with

Unreal Engine 3/4 knowledge

Excellent communication skills

Experience working with multithreaded systems

Performance and memory optimization skills

Console experience, especially next-generation systems

BS (or higher) in Computer Science or similar discipline (Physics, Math, EE, etc.)

Shipped-title experience

 

Language

English and/or Polish language skills (everyone in our studio speaks English, but Polish language skills are a plus)

 

Senior Producer

People Can Fly is looking for a Senior Producer. This person will be responsible for facilitating the internal development processes, working with internal groups to develop the game and communicate with the publisher and external vendors. This person will work in a production department and report to a Lead Producer.

 

Qualifications

Experience with current and/or last generation console full game development cycle and submission process

Exceptional project and people management skills

Extremely strong problem solving and organizational skills

Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills

High work ethic and self motivated

Passion for Games

 

Experience with MS Project and Jira

Internal production experience with a developer and/or external publishing experience at a publisher

Undergraduate degree

 

Language
