Satoko Jenkins joins PCF Group S.A. as new Chief FInancial Officer
Satoko will be responsible for supervising PCF Group’s global financial operations and providing strategic consultancy to the CEO, other top-level managers, and other studio’s stakeholders as well as supporting the execution of PCF’ new, ambitious strategy.
The changes to the structure of PCF Group’s Finance Department team are a result of the company’s dynamic growth, especially in North America, where People Can Fly studio already has a third of its headcount and intends further expansion. Satoko’s addition to the team is also an important step in the implementation of PCF’s highly ambitious plans to grow its self-publishing competencies.
“I strongly believe that Satoko’s extensive experience will help us to achieve both global business goals and every Aviator’s satisfaction from the way financial matters are being handled on the day-to-day basis at PCF” says Sebastian Wojciechowski, CEO at People Can Fly.
Prior to joining PCF, Satoko was a CFO at Capcom EMEA, where she played a key role in driving growth. She also held financial positions at The Walt Disney Company, where she gained experiences across different business functions.

PCF Group S.A. (People Can Fly) otworzyło kolejne biuro na południu Polski – w Krakowie.
„Konsekwentnie rozbudowujemy nasze zespoły w Polsce i na świecie. Otwarcie biura w Krakowie jest częścią realizacji strategii Grupy i ważnym krokiem w rozwoju naszego nowego, oryginalnego IP – projektu Red.” – mówi Mateusz Kirstein, Co-Head of Studios, Europe w People Can Fly. – „W południowej Polsce jesteśmy już obecni dzięki PCF Rzeszów oraz katowickiemu Incuvo; Krakowowi przyglądaliśmy się już od pewnego czasu. Wierzymy, że ten ruch pozwoli nam na dalsze umacnianie zespołów deweloperskich i projektów People Can Fly.” – dodaje Kirstein.
Projekt Red – nowe, oryginalne IP w portfolio Grupy – znajduje się obecnie w fazie koncepcyjnej.
PCF Kraków jest czwartym biurem studia People Can Fly w Polsce i ósmym na świecie.
People Can Fly zatrudnia ponad 600 pracowników w Warszawie, Rzeszowie, Łodzi, Krakowie, Newcastle, Nowym Jorku, Chicago, Montrealu i Toronto, a także w systemie pracy zdalnej. Obecnie Studio pracuje nad 7 projektami równolegle. Trwają prace nad Gemini – nowym projektem dla Square Enix; projektami Dagger, Bifrost oraz Victoria – grami przeznaczonymi do wydania w modelu self-publishing; projektem w fazie koncepcyjnej – Red; jak również dwoma projektami opartymi o technologię VR – Green Hell VR oraz nowym projektem będącym adaptacją VR jednego z IP z portfolio Grupy. W tym roku Studio obchodzi 20 rocznicę swojego istnienia.
