What is the purpose of the processing of your personal data and what are legal basis for the processing?

We process your personal data included in Essential Cookies – more about Cookies based on a legitimate interest of the joint-controller (art. 6.1.f) of GDPR). Our legitimate interest is a provision of PeopleCanFly.com website and taking care about it’s security and gather basic statistics. Possible data gathered covers: your source IP address, country of IP address origin, a http referrer – means the site from which you reached us.

PEOPLE CAN FLY can disclose your personal data to its service providers or vendors e.g.: IT service providers, hosting providers, or marketing solutions providers. However, Your personal data will always be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties who are not acting on our behalf, unless you have consented to its disclosure in writing or electronically or unless we are legally entitled or obliged to do so.

As a global organization we may transfer your data outside of European Economic Area (EEA) – to other People Can Fly companies mentioned as joint-controllers, if it’s necessary to fulfil the legitimate interest of the joint-controllers mentioned above.
