Karolina Dunin-Wilczyńska appointed Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel in PCF Group S.A.

As of January 2021 Karolina Dunin-Wilczyńska, attorney-at-law, has joined the legal department of the PCF Group S.A. (People Can Fly). Karolina was the Local Partner at Greenberg Traurig Grzesiak sp.k. responsible for the initial public offering and debut of PCF Group S.A. shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Karolina worked at the Greenberg Traurig Warsaw Office from March 2000 to the end of December 2020, including as Local Partner from January 2017. She is a finalist of the Euromoney Legal Media Group’s “Women in Business Law Awards 2020” in the category of Best Capital Markets: Debt and Best Capital Markets: Equity and recommended by EMEA Legal 500 in the category Capital Market Equity (2017-2018).

Karolina is an attorney-at-law. She has focused her practice on the regulations of the capital market and corporate law. In the twenty years of her professional experience Karolina provided advice on domestic transactions and the deals on international financial markets. She advised, among other things, on the structuring and implementation of initial and secondary public offerings of securities on the regulated market and NewConnect, issuance of bonds and notes, including the first issue of corporate green bonds in Poland, as well as on mergers and demergers of banks and other companies.

Outriders free demo available to players and new release date

Warsaw, 6 January 2021

In line with an announcement by the publisher Square Enix, PCF Group S.A. (People Can Fly) announced that the release of the full version of “Outriders” will be preceded by a release of its demo.

The demo will be available as of 25 February 2021, offering the players several hours of play time and the ability to try all classes of Outriders, as well as the “single player” and “co-op” modes. The players will also be able to “migrate” their characters and game progress to the full version of the game if they decide to buy it.

In relation to these plans, the Publisher has also decided to postpone the release date of Outriders. The new release date is 1 April 2021.

We are giving the players an opportunity to sample the product before the commit to buying it. Naturally, we will use the additional time to polish and balance the game.
