We are looking for an IT Specialist (Linux).

 

Job description

Administration of Perforce server based on Linux Debian

Administration of the local computer network and servers

Ongoing monitoring of systems, applications, performance, security and failure prevention

Development of secure, scalable and effective IT environments

Automation of system and application configuration

Basic administration of AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO

Ongoing development by understanding and implementing new technologies

 

Our requirements

Minimum three years of experience in a similar position.

Very good knowledge of Linux Debian and related distributions

Practical knowledge of tools to automate infrastructure management

Programming in script languages

Knowledge of TCP/IP and core network services and ability to configure switches/ routers,

Good knowledge of Windows 7.8, 10 and server versions  2008- 2019, Active Directory

Very good knowledge of computer hardware (servers, matrices, switches, etc.).

Knowledge of DellEMC technologies and disk matrices

Knowledge of Google G-suite and virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V/ VMWare)

Very good knowledge of JIRA

Command of English – fluent in speech and in writing

 

Preference to candidates with

Knowledge of Cisco hardware.

Knowledge of the game sector is welcome

Positive approach to understanding the needs of internal customers
